Placement is done under local anesthetic, with sedation available, and most people compare it to a simple extraction. Mild soreness afterward is easily managed with over-the-counter pain relief.

From placement to final crown is usually three to six months — most of which is healing while the implant fuses to the bone. The appointments themselves are short.

The implant itself can last a lifetime with good care; the crown on top may need replacing after 10–15 years, much like a natural tooth's restoration.

There's no upper age limit — health matters more than age. Many of our happiest implant patients are in their 70s and 80s.

Coverage varies. Many plans contribute toward part of the treatment, and we offer financing to spread the cost. We'll help you check your benefits.

Implants are the only option that replaces the root and preserves bone, without relying on neighboring teeth. We'll compare all three honestly for your situation.
